Vegetarian Haggis

Traditionally, haggis is eaten with mashed potatoes and turnips (rutabaga). For ultimate enjoyment, this dish should be matched with a glass of Scotch whisky. A tasty mustard sauce adds to the flavor. As a snack, serve on hot buttered toast with melted cheese. Also delicious as a filling for jacket potatoes or a base for unusual canapés.
