Cotton fabric is effective at filtering out pathogens spread through respiratory droplets. Easily care for your cotton tartan mask by machine washing on cold and hang to dry for best results. Your non-medical, reusable cotton mask will save you money and stay out of the landfills.
*Two layers of 100% cotton has an estimated 70.66% filtration efficiency against bacteria. One layer has about 50.85% against RNA viruses.

I’ve ordered two fitted 100% cotton masks so far. They look very nice. More importantly for me is that they are sewn with skill and quality. These will last much longer than the average mask.

I bought the fitted 100% Cotton Tartan Mask. I’ve tried many brands of masks over the last six months. The good ones share one simple thing in common-quality sewing. Lots of fine stitches and tightly spaced. I appreciate durability. Good job Celtic Croft!

Love the pleated ones, they have more give in the elastic band that goes around the ears. I purchased two pleated and two fitted. The fitted need just a 1/4 inch or so more elastic to be comfortable. The quality of all four is great, I have washed them repeatedly (pleated) and they are holding up fine. Keep up the fine work! Would like a Johnston/e tartan though!! Hint Hint!

Excellent sewing, beautiful material and nice fit. The fitted mask does not have a metal piece across the nose so if you wear glasses, they might fog as mine do. I suggest you add that bit to the description. Had I known, I would have ordered the pleated. Keep up the good work!

My mask arrived in the afternoon mail as I was returning from a medical checkup and our community Hospital. The staff at the front door was screening everyone before entering the building. They did not approve of the bandana I’d been wearing when I arrived; they tried to put me in a “commercial” mask instead. I have a large head, and their masks and they kept breaking the elastic. When I returned home I got my new tartan mask and it fits perfectly.

Received my pleated mask. I love it!!! it fits well and the metal piece is in just the right place. I have a mask with out the metal piece that cause my glasses to fog up when i wear it . With the metal piece it keeps the mask in just the right place to stop the fogging of my glasses.
