Piper Dan is an accomplished bagpiper, having earned Grade III status with the Eastern United Stated Pipe Band Association. A veteran of St. Andrews University and Port City Pipe Bands, he regularly competes throughout the southeast and mid-Atlantic US and has won Piper of the Day three-times! He has been piping since 2011 and performs a wide range of tunes on Scottish small pipes as well as the Great Highland Bagpipes for a variety of occasions and audiences.
A little about yourself: I have been a bagpipe enthusiast my whole life, as my mothers side of the family is Scottish. My brother and I have been playing bagpipes since I was 14. For the past 22 years I have played bagpipes for wedding, funerals, special events, parades and was even the official bagpiper for all Kansas State University Commencement Ceremonies and other special events. I have even had the opportunity to play for occasions in Europe, the British Isles and here at home. I would be honored to play for you in any capacity. Please contact me with any questions or special requests. Sláinte mhaith!
