This is a beautifully crafted sterling silver ring. We had a lot of fun coming up with a name for this unique Celtic knot ring. Emily voted that we call it Steve. When I asked Tonie, she said “MINE, no seriously, I want one”. We finally came up with the tangled knot because it looks like a knot that cannot be undone. Available in whole sizes only.

About Celtic Knots and Interlacing

In the Middle Ages, Irish monks hand drew interlacing patterns within illuminated manuscripts, namely the Book of Kells. This knot is a single line connected, a metaphor for the soul that these monks believe has no beginning nor end. It’s basically a more complicated version of the infinity sign.
