The Legend behind Laddie

Nutdust Laddie or Cnò duslach laddie, was discovered in the vast unforgiving wilderness of the great Glen Teaghlach Seudan. Found in the stem of the rare white dust thistle native to the Scottish Highlands, the powder is said to possess unrivalled aphrodisiac properties.

When an Australian asked his Scottish friend for practical advice on how to wear his kilt. There was a list of do’s and don’ts. But over the course of 7 weddings in one summer there was one thing that both friends agreed on. The need to keep their boys fresh.. Having spent many summers in the highlands with his friends from Dingwall and Inverness the Scotsman new the best way to keep things as pleasant as possible downstairs was to use talcum powder and so the legend of Nutdust was born.

Over many years and a fair few drinks the subject always came up about how this really should be brought to market. The benefits of keeping things fresh downstairs whilst providing all involved with puns and laughs a plenty was plain to see. Nutdust was the way forward.

    Very happy with this product overall. Works just like I want it to and I have not had any ‘issues’ like I have with other ‘dusts’. And the scent is also great. Just enough that I feel fresh but in no way over powering.
