there was a small slice on the lower face of it – possibly about 1/2 inch long. But I needed it this weekend, & besides, who’s gonna be looking that close to that area of my body?! LOL

Back when I was in the Army, in the early 1970s, I had to do efficiency rerports for those under my command. They had rating levels that went up to “excellent”, like this product, but they went *beyond* that–above “excellent” there were “superior” and “outstanding”. I would rate this sporran as “outstanding” on that scale! Very well made, and a good price!
