AcryliKilt™
The AcryliKilt™ is the very best kilt you’re going to get for $75 or less! The AcryliKilt is great for athletes, casual wear, first-time buyers, or those on a budget. This kilt is great to have in your closet as an extra kilt to save wear and tear on your nicer kilts. Our Acrylikilts are constructed almost as well as our Quality Wool-Blend Kilts, and we don’t use Velcro anywhere on our kilts! Made with 3 straps and buckles, machine stitched pleats, fully lined, and even has belt loops. The AcryliKilt™ is made from low-cost but good-looking, light-weight, 100% acrylic tartan fabric. The straps and buckles on an AcryliKilt™ are good, but not high quality.

How To Measure for Your Kilt
- Have someone help you. If you bend over even a bit, your measurement will not be correct.
- Measure your waist size in inches at the navel (belly button). This is the traditional kilt waist. Alternatively, for a more casual look, many men prefer to wear their kilts at the pants waist. If this is what you choose, then measure comfortably around your waist where the top of your pants rest. Or, If you intend to wear your kilt mostly for formal occasions, and you have a bit more around the middle than you might like to have, you may want to measure a little higher than the navel to get over the crest of the “beer gut”. The higher waist will help your kilt stay up where it belongs.
- Measure around your hips (butt) at the fullest point (usually 6-8 inches below the waist).
- Measure from your waist (kilt waist or pants waist accordingly) to about the middle of the knee.

Looks great and well worth the price! While not even close to the level of a Wool kilt in quality, feel, style, or look, this is still a great kilt for this price! Great for a first Kilt to try one out, great for costumes, or an event where an expensive kilt might get trashed such as a concert mosh pit, or a roll in the mud! lol.

Some friends and I bought these kilts to wear on a golf outing. They are exactly what we thought they would be. They look and feel very authentic and will certainly do the trick that day. The only thing I would recommend and I believe they say this somewhere but make sure you get at least one size up from your normal pants size. I normally wear a 36 and got a 38 for the kilt size. It just fits me but looking back I wish I would have gotten a 40.

I have 2 of these so far, a black one I ordered specific for me, and a night watch one I bought from the clearance section. They look very nice, they are quite comfortable and easy to take care of, and are well made. The fabric is the weak link – not bad, but not quite as good as wool or polyvicose. Still, at this price you can’t really go wrong, and when I get around to getting a black watch, I’ll probably get one of these again…

I just received my kilt and tried it on. It fits great, and if I do say so myself, the solid black looks dashing. I am wearing it to a black tie college re-union and it will be perfect. The fabric is light, looks good and lays well where the pleats are. The kilt has all the details of a more expensive kilt. I live in San Diego, so the weight of this fabric means I can wear it all year long. The standard, heavy, full wool kilt is too heavy and cumbersome for our climate anyway. Overall, I am very pleased.

The make of the kilt is excellent…I’m just not a fan of the fabric. It kinda gives off the “beachtowel Kilt” vibe….however its perfect for doing chores around the house or taking it to the pub when you don’t want to risk getting drinks spilled on a $100-400 kilt stained.
I’m still happy with my choice to purchase this product.
