5 Yard Premium Poly/Viscose Kilt – Wool-Free, Made in Scotland

Looking for a wool-free, comfortable, and affordable kilt that doesn’t compromise on style or authenticity? Our 5 Yard Premium Poly/Viscose Kilt is handcrafted in Scotland by skilled kiltmakers and designed to provide the look and feel of a traditional wool kilt—without the wool.

Made from a durable and soft 65/35 polyester-viscose blend, this kilt is ideal for those with wool sensitivities or anyone looking for a low-maintenance, casual kilt option. The 5-yard construction makes it lighter and more affordable than a 9-yard kilt, while still offering excellent drape and traditional pleating. With over 60 tartans available, you can proudly display your heritage with comfort and confidence.

Perfect for festivals, casual wear, or warm-weather events, this kilt comes with our Right Fit Guarantee for a kilt made just for you.

Measuring Instructions:

    1. Have someone help you. If you bend even a little while trying to do it yourself, the measurements will change.
    1. Measure your waist size in inches at the navel (belly button). This is the traditional kilt waist. Alternatively, many men prefer to wear their Casual Kilts at the pants waist. If this is what you choose, then measure comfortably around your waist where the top of your pants rest. Or, If you intend to wear your kilt mostly for formal occasions, and you have a bit more around the middle than you might like to have, you may want to measure a little higher than the navel to get over the crest of the "beer gut". The higher waist is more formal, but it will help your kilt stay up where it belongs.
    1. Measure around your hips at the fullest point (usually 6-8 inches below the waist).
    1. Measure from your desired kilt waist to about the middle of the knee.
