Crafted from 4–6 yards of our 55/45 polyester & wool Homespun tartan, handwoven on traditional looms for an authentically historic appearance. Machine-stitched pleats (about 1" wide and 3–4" deep), full lining, and three buckle closures with belt loops give it a polished look that’s hard to distinguish from higher-priced Scottish-made kilts.

About the Fabric
Our Homespun Tartan uses worsted yarn spun and woven with a looser, more traditional weave than modern machine tartans. This gives the cloth a soft, authentic texture with slight weaving irregularities—small snags, pulls, and variations are normal and add to its character.
How to Measure for Your Kilt

Have someone assist for accuracy.

Traditional waist: Measure at your navel (belly button).

Casual waist: Measure where you normally wear pants.

For a secure fit over the stomach, measure slightly above the navel.

Measure hips at fullest point (6–8 inches below waist).

Measure from waist to mid-knee.
