Fast delivery. Excellent customer service . I ordered three swatches and one was incorrect I called and a nice fellow took the info and the correct swatch came three days later. Am hoping to order Outlander pattern for Halloween costume ball.

Perfect, attentive service--real people service. I love all things Outlander. I have used these swatches--one for my Claire outlander doll, as her shawl, and one to pin my Celtic luckenbooth pin to (aka Murtaugh). Love their catalog, 'friendly' real people feel, vivid and clear descriptions, photos, unique items .I was also so happy to be able to purchase a Outlander tartan mask!,Enough positive things can not be said about this wonderful company, with superb, unusual, hard to find offerings. First off EXCELLENT customer service and I appreciate the fast shipping, ordered Monday and received today, Wednesday. The Outlander authentic wool swatch is such a complementary blend of colors. One day a skirt in this will be great but for now just a flash of tartan to wear with garb for a Celtic/Highland Games festival will have to do.

i love all things outlander and the swatches that i have now of fraser and mackenzie are really lovely, bright colors, perfect weave, so soft. i made a doll blanket/quilt out of the swatches, but that was not why i sent for them. i would love to make a long Claire skirt one of these days. and i like having the printed catalog, good colors, clear descriptions. i'm happy i found this website.
