I purchased the XXL, which is the T-shirt size that I wear. It fit well around the chest and stomach. The length was also just fine for a 6' tall man. The problem I had was that it was tight through the shoulders and the sleeves were too short and very tight when buttoned. I also could not button the top button on the around the neck. My son who is much smaller now wears it.

I love this shirt! Excellent high quality rough fabric and the garment's construction is solid... the pleating on the sleeves is really something. As a tall man, 6'8", I would love to get another 4" on the body and 2" on the sleeves, but thankfully it does work even after washing. I highly recommend!

Very good for the price. Mine is a little tight in the shoulders and the cuffs, so I think I'll have to go with the next larger size other that my t-shirt size. All in all, a great shirt.
