These are very nice ghillies. Synthetic soles are a plus if you wear them more than to tartan balls and Burns Suppers. However, the sizes do seem to run small, so better order at least 1/2 size bigger than usual.

These are comfortable shoes. Who cares if they don't have leather soles? Not me. They do fit wide, which is great for me and they wear better than some expensive dress shoes I own.
